Green Freedom Smart Community

Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity and Nicor Gas are partnering to create one of the first “net zero” communities in the country. The community offers residents environmentally sustainable homes free from high energy bills. In the heart of Aurora, IL, these modern homes feature accessible entrances for residents who need special accommodations for disabilities or wish to stay in their home long-term.
